CEILING Function to round-up numbers

 Ceiling(): returns number rounded up, away from zero, to the nearest multiple of significance.

Syntax: CEILING(number, significance)

Ceiling.Math(): rounds a number up to the nearest integer or to the nearest multiple of significance.

Syntax: CEILING.MATH(number, [significance], [mode])
